Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or any of their elements. You can also request information through an alternative access method, for example, by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the requesting person, an indication of which website or mobile application it concerns, and a preferred contact method. If the requesting person needs information via an alternative access method, they should also specify a convenient way to provide the information.
The public entity should fulfill the request promptly, no later than within 7 days from the date of submission. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative method of accessing the information.
If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for digital accessibility or an alternative access method, the requester may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or an element thereof. After exhausting the above procedure, a request can also be submitted to the Ombudsman.

The main entrance to the building from Bydgoskich Przemysłowców Street is accessible without barriers.

The main part of the building contains two elevators with barrier-free access. Elevator buttons have Braille descriptions.

Four parking spaces for people with disabilities are located in front of the main entrance to the building. Five additional parking spaces are available at the rear parking lot.
