INVITATION TO TAKE PART IN FREE TRAINING
We are pleased to invite you to take part in a free one-day training course
organised by the Ministry of Development and Technology and conducted by Polski Instytut Rozwoju Sp. z o.o. entitled ‘HOW TO BUY A CONTRACT AND SIGN A CONTRACT – PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE – STEP BY STEP. PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR CONTRACTORS’, which will take place on 4 November in Bydgoszcz.
The aim of the training is to provide entrepreneurs from the SME sector and people employed in this sector with the basic and most useful knowledge about public procurement and the specifics of participating in and carrying out public procurement procedures.
Participants in the training can be:
entrepreneurs from the SME sector
persons employed in the SME sector,
The training consists of the following thematic areas:
Key legal regulations (public procurement law, EU directives, Civil Code, Competition and Consumer Protection Act);
Terms of Reference (ToR) from the contractor’s perspective (possibility for the contractor to influence the contents of the ToR; consequences of submitting an offer if the contractor does not react to inaccuracies in the contents of the ToR);
How to avoid errors and irregularities in submitted tenders. Non-price criteria for bid evaluation. Analysis of other contractors’ bids;
Draft contract, prohibited clauses – analysis of the draft contract at the bidding stage as an essential element of valuation;
Cancellation of proceedings by the contracting authority – consequences for the contractor;
Each of the trainings ends with an evaluation questionnaire and a test verifying the participants’ knowledge acquired during the training. The trainings will be held stationary from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Participants of the training will be able to contact Polski Instytut Rozwoju Sp. z o. o. with two questions within 5 days from the date of the training.
The number of places is limited. The order of applications is decisive.
