The new investment enables the development of entrepreneurs looking for specialized space to create new products or test their functionality.

The building has several functions and has been divided into two parts – office and hall.

This is the first place of this type in the region.

Entrepreneurs can choose office space from approximately 16 to 40 m².

Halls with an area of approximately 60, 90 and 360 m² are also available. The whole building occupies a total of about 6,000 m².

One building, many functions

Entrepreneurs, depending on their needs, arrange the rented space for a selected function:

• demonstration center
• workshop
• lab

Laboratories and workshops are designed as places to create, implement and test projects.

In addition, you can rent a demonstration space (i.e. showroom) to present your company and services.

This solution makes it easier for companies to gain new customers or expand their contact network.
